Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Overview
At shriaradhanatex.com, all sales are final.
We follow a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy for all products, including sarees, apparel, and accessories.
Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
No Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Colour variation due to lighting or screen display (slight shade differences are normal)
- Size, pattern, or design preference issues
- Any personalized or customized saree orders
All products undergo quality checks before packing. We ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
- Delivered products
- Delayed delivery by courier partners
- Customer’s personal preference changes
Refunds are only applicable if the order is cancelled before it is dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible.
Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered (Exception)
Although we do not offer returns, we allow a replacement only if:
- The product received is physically damaged,
- OR the product is incorrect compared to what was ordered.
To request a replacement:
- Email us at support@shriaradhanatex.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Attach:
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product
- Outer packaging images
- Order ID & Customer Name
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to courier partners
- Delivery attempts missed by the customer
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
No refunds will be issued for these cases.
